Make "refreshed" status temporary #150
Description
When running nom, and you refresh your feed by pressing "r", nom permanently displays a "refreshed" status for the length of the nom session. For me that is days or weeks. It is not useful for me to know that at some point since I opened nom that it was refreshed at least once in the past. It would be more useful it is displayed "Refreshing…" and then once the refresh is complete display "Refreshed" and then a few second (perhaps for a configurable amount of time) the status goes away.
