This commit (165920c) fixed the problem about "empty graph visualization page" by saving a file graph_json.js.
While the saving path and calling path of graph_json.js in html src are both hardcode, if I html_path is not in root path, it will raise file not found error.
This pr fixed this problen and support customized html path and port.
