Two Factor Auth doesn't stay activated when clicking SAVE

Description
I updated to version 0.7.5 and enabled Two Factor auth on my user. After i verified the 2FA code I exited the user edit screen by clicking SAVE at the bottom. I then signed out and tried to sign in and it did not prompt me for a 2FA code during sign in. I went back to my user edit screen and 2FA has been toggled off.
Expected behaviour
2FA should stay toggled on and prompt for a code at sign in.

What is happening instead?
2FA toggles off after clicking SAVE at the bottom of the user edit screen.

Work Around
There is a work around. The error seems to be with the SAVE button. If I enable 2FA and then exit the user edit screen with the "X" at the top left then it lets 2FA stay active.

Additional Notes
I have updated to 0.7.6 and the issue is still the same.

yeah it won't be activated unless its successfully generated (it can't be active if there's no generated token).

You will need to enable + successfully generate new for it to show active on refresh.

Maybe I didn't describe my steps correctly.
I click on the toggle to turn on 2FA on my user edit screen.
I copy the secret into my 2FA manager and then copy the first 6 digit code back into Filebrowser and click on Verify.
The window closes, which I assume means it worked.
Now at this step i'm looking at a window that looks like this.

If I click Save at the bottom then it erases my 2FA set up.
If I click on the "X" at the top left, or just navigate away from the page then the 2FA stays active.

If we aren't supposed to click on Save after setting up 2FA then maybe a message about that would be helpful.

Let me try and reproduce. There should be a success message, maybe something failed instead of succeeding.

Confirmed issue happens every time the save button is clicked for a user. Have a fix ready will release tomorrow.
