Log does not respect timezone setting

Description
I am using docker container, and with:

-e TZ=America/******

I am expecting to get local time zone in the log files.

But instead the log file timestamp is always in UTC which is somewhat inconvenient. It would be great if log file timestamp could respect the timezone setting in docker env. If someone wants UTC, he can set UTC. If I want other timezones, I can do that as well.

You're right! Apparently go's logger defaults to UTC, let me update that and default to localtime unless configured otherwise.
