Uploading filenames with symbol bug

Updating a filename like Guns & Roses.jpg results to Guns (with a trailing space) or testing + gaming.txt results to testing gaming.txt (3 spaces now).

The file is not corrupted but name is cut before & or #. It is editable/openable when renamed with extension.

Symbols I just tested:

• # -> file name cuts -> edit name to fix

• & -> file name cuts -> edit name to fix

• ; -> cant upload

• % -> cant upload

• + -> + converts to space from file name

• ! -> No issue

• @ -> No issue

• $ -> No issue

• ^ -> No issue

• () [] {}-> No issue

• ' -> No issue

• , -> No issue

• ` -> No issue

• ~ -> No issue

Not sure if I missed any other generic symbols.

I can add some context to this issue, since it does not seem limited to the upload function. The issue with the + character also triggers when doing any operation with the file (e.g. download, move, delete, rename...) or opening a media file to view it in the browser. For example, attempting to watch a video file that contains a + symbol returns the following error:

Request:

GET /api/raw?files=srv::/test + video.mp4&inline=true

Response:

{"status":500,"message":"could not stat path: /srv/test   video.mp4, lstat /srv/test   video.mp4: no such file or directory"}

As the original reporter noted, the + is replaced by a space, resulting in a path to a nonexistent file being used.

yep these are standard url encoding issues that all need to be addressed. "+" is "space" in URL encoding... just needs testing and verification. going to focus on 0.8.0 now.
