User type should not be updated automatically

Description
I had a password user, after logging in using proxy auth, his user type is changed to "proxy auth"

Expected behaviour
User type should not change, unless it is specifically modified by the admin.

What is happening instead?
User type automatically changes.

An option to edit user type is preferable, IMHO.

Thats right, its allowed now as a workaround for the time, temporarily

Before I implemented the loginMethod configuration, a users loginMethod before 0.7.0 was blank and defaulted to password on startup.

I'll add this back later when there is a UI method to adjust a user's login method (something only admins can do)
