Slider, Checkboxes and some elements uses only blue theme only

I believe below two were intended to be blue?

For the notification, it is supposed to be blue since the status of the notification is what chooses the color, its not based on your user preferences... mostly because if you choose red for your primary color you don't know when there's an error. But I agree its not consistent with the rest of the theme.

0.7.0 will include a UI refresh and I'll make sure to address these issues as well
