Listing view scrollbar

There is currently no scrollbar, mainly for cosmetic purposes (it adjusts element sizes arbitrarily). 

I am opening this issue to track adding a custom scrollbar when browsing. I expect it will match the theme color, have an alphabet position indicator for large directories, and auto hide when not using use.
