Config Viewer not working #1189

When trying to load the config in the Config Viewer, I get the following error :
Error loading config: {"status":500,"message":"yaml: cannot marshal invalid UTF-8 data as !!str"}
Additional context
I tried with a clean install, generating the config.yaml with the automatic setup option. Same problem.
For context, I am not using docker. I used the standalone bin file.
How to reproduce?
Launch filebrowser quantum using the standalone bin file, connect with admin/admin, go to system & admin and try to display the config file.
