Can't change between images inside of the share image viewer. #1144

Swap images in the image viewer.
Expected behaviour
An arrow key push should change the image or an arrow button should be present for that purpose.
What is happening instead?
Arrow keys do nothing and the buttons are gone
How to reproduce?
In a share, view an image in a series of images and try to switch between them.
Bit of a regression. I can't change between photos in the viewer now. In fact the entire arrows are now absent and the keyboard keys do nothing.
