Minor upgrade transitive dependencies

Description

Summary of changes:

• Pin uuid, used by storybook addons, to resolve GHSA-w5hq-g745-h8pq
  • Impact: This upgrade is for hygiene. In production we are using ^14, which isn't affected by this vulnerability.
  • Why pinning: Otherwise we would need to do a general update to Storybook and related addons/packages, but that seems like a bigger endeavor - there are breaking changes and I'm not sure of the priority. Edit: created stub ticket https://github.com/open-path/Green-River/issues/9253
• Upgrade @graphql-codegen/cli minor version, to resolve GHSA-jxxr-4gwj-5jf2
  • Impact: This upgrade is also mainly for hygiene, since exposure was limited to dev usage of codegen.

How to test/how I tested in dev:

• Run storybook locally, confirm everything looks good
• Run codegen locally, confirm it runs as normal
