The DWF Validator project introduces a new DSL based validator written in Kotlin Multi-Platform (JS and JVM compilation targets). This is intended to surpass the XSD based validator both in terms of functionality and maintainability. Validation rules can be written in the Validation Rule DSL and then be converted into constraints that can be applied to a watch face.
This PR also includes a cli tool dwf-validator-cli which can invoke the validator on a DWF apk or raw xml file.
