(followup to 32ee2f6, and further progress on #2193) We could also recommend `-Dmaven.source.skip`, but that can cause trouble for GWT, requiring you to also pass `-pl !guava-gwt` or possibly even `-pl !guava-bom,!guava-gwt`. This CL was prompted by the fact that Gemini derived the need for `-DfailIfNoTests=false`, which I'd forgotten to tell it about, and by the fact that I did remember to tell it about the other parts.
