[Agent] AskUser is used to confirm shell commands instead of the standard tool confirmation

What would you like to be added?

Very often I am being asked by AskUser to run simple command and confirm if I like it or not. Example below:

I have to switch to another tab in terminal to run the command. Before AskUser I just switched to shell mode and got the answer. Moreover the output was interpreted by Gemini to and I didn't have to paste it after answering No.

Why is this needed?

• Flow would be much easier as I don't have to switch between tabs
• Gemini can read the output with errors and I don't have to copy it from another tab
