Closes Issue #1200

Why:

This PR updates Cloning and forking repositories from GitHub Desktop with the new working with a fork flow from Provide a way to more easily work with a maintained fork. This PR also moves conceptual content from the procedural sections to an about section.

Cloning and forking repositories from GitHub Desktop Source Add "About cloning and forking" section with conceptual information; update "Forking repositories" section with new flow using reusables for the steps; add Mac and Windows screenshots
