Support Kotlin 2.2.10

Hi team 👋 there's been a new Kotlin release today 2.2.10, and the plugin doesn't support it as being too recent.

com.semmle.extractor.java.interceptors.KotlinInterceptor
  $KotlinVersionTooRecentError: Kotlin version 2.2.10 is too recent. CodeQL currently supports versions below 2.2.10

Pretty much the same as #2738 , which seems to have been patched in #2744.

👋 @luciano-balmaceda-pleo Kotlin version 2.2.10 is supported since CodeQL version 2.22.3 (which was released last week).
