Changes the color of Vyper from #2980b9 to #9F4CF2

It's there for a reason. People are passionate about their language colour so this PR will not be merged until there is a link to a public discussion within the language's discussion forums etc. Do not use a Linguist issue or discussion… it must be within the language's realm where the language users and owners etc can see and discuss.
