[macOS] Regression: recent commit broken 7.1.2 on 32-bit archs due to a wrong type cast

Description

742c9b5 commit has broken psutil at least for usage with glances on a subset of macOS versions. (I have no way to find out exact threshold for the failure; on 10.15 it works, on 10.6.8 it fails.)
Output is not very helpful, I just get psutil library not found starting from this commit (everything else being the same).

P. S. Another is strnlen, only for < 10.7, but that is fixable via MacPorts and should not be addressed here.
