Description

As we continue to add more dialogs to Web Forms, we should start reusing and standardising dialog styles.

Evaluate the existing dialogs/modals currently in Web Forms, identify inconsistencies in styling and structure, and define a standard dialog style. The goal is to make dialog styles consistent, easy to reuse, and simpler to maintain as the number of dialogs grows.

User Stories

As a Web Forms user,
I want dialogs to have a consistent visual style,
so that the interface feels predictable and easier to use.

As a developer,
I want a single, standard dialog pattern,
so that dialogs are easier to maintain and reuse across Web Forms.
