Description
Description
As we continue to add more dialogs to Web Forms, we should start reusing and standardising dialog styles.

User Stories
As a Web Forms user,
I want dialogs to have a consistent visual style,
so that the interface feels predictable and easier to use.
As a developer,
I want a single, standard dialog pattern,
so that dialogs are easier to maintain and reuse across Web Forms.
