Replace crosshair with blue dot to show location #561

Description

If the user taps “Find my location” we currently display a crosshair icon. We want to update the crosshair to the more modern representation of the location by using the blue dot (I call the dot Adam 🤠 for no good reason).

We also want to display the cardinal direction (aka the blue beam), so the user knows the direction of the device. One thing to note is that computers don’t have the sensors for it and not all phones do either so we have to be able to display without it.
