Many units are missing Yelan Q N0 frames #2460
Description
"Yelan Q N0" frames is the delay in frames between a unit beginning a normal attacking state and when Yelan Q begins to activate. They are recorded as part of the frame guide, but not everyone has access to Yelan and many units were added before this feature was supported. Most units seem to have around a 0-6f delay, with some exceptions, and claymore units have a significantly longer delay.
