Self documenting, I will likely fix it.
Current C6 Kaeya will queue 17 icicle hits with no explosion. If implemented, the explosion at the end could be 19 total hits depending on enemy hitbox. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nr-QKU4uOXg.
Icicles should explode at their position with I believe radius 2, though current Kaeya Q implementation has no concept of keeping track of each icicle's position, so for now may just have to hackfix an extra two icicle hitmarks at expiry.
