[bug]: Ctrl + V keyboard shortcut to paste in claude code does not work on windows

Bug Description

When I try to paste with ctrl+v in windows in the claude code nothing happens. When I do this in a claude code session started from the terminal this works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new a task
2. Try to paste something from the clipboard using ctrl+v

Actual vs Expected Behavior

nothing happens while the text from the clipboard should be pasted
