[bug]: Issue with worktree path on windows

Bug Description

I am having several issues with Emdash on Windows, but I think the issue is coming from the same source. It seems the issue is related with Emdash, somewhere, doubling the directory folder. It happens on several ocasions:

• Opening Terminal on a Project or Task:
  [erro 2147942667 (0x8007010b) ao iniciar "%SystemRoot%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe"] Não foi possível acessar o diretório inicial "C:\Users\ricar\emdash-projects\worktrees\shiny-things-play-9px\'C:\Users\ricar\emdash-projects\worktrees\shiny-things-play-9px'"

• Deleting a Task:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Project on Windows.
2. Try to Open terminal
3. Error happens

Actual vs Expected Behavior

Actual:
Does not open terminal or gets error deleting a task.

Expected:
Opening the terminal and not getting an error deleting a task
