I don't think we need a release for this stuff just yet, but this modernizes the CMake config a little bit and ditches some of the older POLICY stuff that's now default anyway. |

bah, it looks like we do need to update with this. The FindEigen.cmake stuff is busted with newer Eigen builds on Conda Forge. See https://github.com/conda-forge/cpd-feedstock/pull/6/checks for details. |
