Entering invalid phone number does not describe issue in admin portal #1125
Description
When a user enters an invalid phone number in their profile, there is no feedback to the user of what the issue is, it simply re-opens the modal with a blank phone number. A few of our users have reached out complaining that this is a bug.
Ideally, there would be some phone number formatting, but at least there should be an error message.
