Autoselling Buildings (Barracks II) after Tech Transfer doesn't give you gold immediately

Bug encountered in Unrated 40, turn 108

Steps to Reproduce
0. Build Barracks II

1. Get Combustion and Miniaturization and Nationalism from an ally through tech transfer
2. Research Combustion either directly or accidently (don't know how this happened, I researched miniaturization through tech transfer)
3. Barracks II autosells
4. Observe that the gold amount doesn't go up
5. After you spend some small amount of gold (say 20) the gold amount correctly goes up (minus the spent amount)
