docker-node-webpack

Docker image based on Debian for testing, bundling and deploying NodeJS 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 apps on AWS lambda using webpack and also deploy static websites on firebase hosting

packaged with:

  • Version 16 (fredbourni/node-webpack:16, fredbourni/node-webpack:16-webp)
• nodemon
• webp (*-webp tags only)
• webpack-cli

examples:

developing

# Install dependencies
docker run --rm -v $PWD:/app -u $UID fredbourni/node-webpack npm install

# Start test server (nodemon)
docker run --rm -v $PWD:/app -u $UID fredbourni/node-webpack nodemon index.js

# or simply this command if main script is "src/index.js"
docker run --rm -v $PWD:/app -u $UID fredbourni/node-webpack

# Run script

bundling

deploying
