Clicking on "Developer Guides" brings me to "Widgets in Flutter"

I was surprised to be taken to "Widgets in Flutter" when I click "Developer Guides" in the left-hand nav. I was expecting to either:

• open the nav to see all the guides
• be taken to an overview page of all the guides
