Map icon in IslandMarkers is too big.

What is the new behavior?

This pull request includes several changes to the MapDashboard module, specifically to the AreaBoundary and IslandMarkers components. The changes primarily involve modifying the class properties of SVG icons to ensure consistent sizing.

Improvements to SVG icon sizing:

• modules/MapDashboard/AreaBoundary.tsx: Updated the LinkIcon and MapIcon components to include specific height and width properties (className="h-4 w-4") for consistent sizing. [1] [2]
• modules/MapDashboard/IslandMarkers.tsx: Updated the MapIcon component to include specific height and width properties (className="h-4 w-4") and adjusted the gap between items from gap-1 to gap-2.
