Currently this project uses icons from @radix-ui/react-icons

What is the new behavior?

This pull request focuses on replacing @radix-ui/react-icons with lucide-react for icon components across various files. Additionally, a new custom GitHubIcon component has been added.

Icon replacements:

• components/theme-toggle.tsx: Replaced DesktopIcon with LaptopMinimalIcon. [1] [2]
• components/ui/command.tsx: Replaced MagnifyingGlassIcon with SearchIcon. [1] [2]
• components/ui/dialog.tsx: Replaced Cross2Icon with XIcon. [1] [2]
• components/ui/dropdown-menu.tsx: Replaced DotFilledIcon with DotIcon. [1] [2]
• components/ui/navigation-menu.tsx: Replaced ChevronDownIcon with ChevronDownIcon from lucide-react.
• components/ui/resizable.tsx: Replaced DragHandleDots2Icon with GripVerticalIcon. [1] [2]
