What is the new behavior?

This pull request includes changes to the theme provider, dependency updates, and removal of unused code. The most important changes include switching the theme provider import, removing the custom theme provider component, and updating various dependencies in package.json.

Theme Provider Changes:

• app/layout.tsx: Switched the import of ThemeProvider to use next-themes instead of a custom component.
• components/theme-provider.tsx: Removed the custom ThemeProvider component as it is no longer needed.

Dependency Updates:

• package.json: Updated several dependencies to their latest versions, including @radix-ui components, next, react, react-dom, and others.
