Onboard Juan Escalada as maintainer 🤝

Juan Escalada will be joining GitProxy as a maintainer. @jescalada is an Open Source Software Engineer @ G-Research (https://www.gresearch.com/teams/open-source-software/).

Juan has been a key proponent of driving G-Research's adoption of GitProxy and has been a core contributor to fortnightly calls as we as stellar OS contributions 🚀

Some of Juan's recent contributions to GitProxy include:

🐛 Crushing numerous bugs, including #961 #945
🗃 Delivering new features including multiple methods of auth #963 #967 #977
✅ Improving test coverage #1024 #1032

In order to onboard Juan to the project, we should do a couple of housekeeping activities:
