The thing about Vaeryx: It's forcing me to grow beyond just writing code. Right now, my workflow is a tight loop of talking to users, ruthlessly cutting features that don't matter, and engineering the core platform to scale based on raw market feedback. Shipping code is easy; shipping the right product that people actually need is the real engineering challenge I'm solving right now.
