Why not just automatically fetch after a submission?

I think it'd be better to output instructions to get the next exercise. In general, I wouldn't like the surprise of something automatically downloading a file without being explicit.

Having thought more about this I'm inclined to agree with @Tonkpils -- I'd rather make fewer assumptions about what people want than more.
