[Feature Request] Weather Module Implementation #2879

Hi @exelban I am aware this feature request has been brought up in the past, and I completely understand your aversion to implementing it on the basis of a lack of a free weather API
However, times have changed and now I believe there is a viable, good option to go with from here:
Inspired by the comment from Issue #2347, may I suggest you use the native location services API to access weather location information.
I haven't looked into it fully, and I apologise if this isn't helpful, but I beleive this open-source app that does this solely for weather may have some clues as to how best to implement this. https://github.com/inderdhir/DatWeatherDoe
The only reason I don't go and download that app instead of bothering you here is becuase I strongly distaste inconsistent UI on my menu-bar (and I love the stats app UI).
