In CPU module when performance cores are all at 100% usage the max value it shows is 75% #2868

Describe the bug
When all performance cores are being used at 100%, the maximum percentage that will be shown next to performance cores (below system, user, idle and efficiency cores) is 75%. This has been an issue for multiple versions of Stats. When all efficiency cores are at 100% usage, the efficiency cores overall value shows correctly as 100%, but this isn't the case for performance cores.
