Description
The ide topbar should have tracking for a number of the features and buttons that will live in topbar.

The features to be implemented in the first iteration are as follows:
- Move Connect to github - Matomo tracking for this particular button is of great interest so tracking user interaction here is important.
- Add logo and version number
- Move Workspaces dropdown to the topbar
- Move workspaces Hamburger Menu over to topbar
