Update the EIP-2537 BLS precompile tests to reflect the recent gas repricing:

• Update EIP-2537: Gas pricing pairing operations EIPs#9098.
• Update EIP-2537: Gas pricing MAP, MUL and ADD operations EIPs#9097
• Update EIP-2537: MSM gas repricing EIPs#9116

Fills successfully with:

• EELS Update EIP-2537: Gas re-pricing execution-specs#1059
