[Feature Request] Ability to change service bots nicks and request channel registration

Hello,

I want to ask for two features:

• Ability to change service bot nicks (e.g. NickServ/ChanServ/HostServ to like X, W and H) or maybe to collapse them all to a single bot.
• When using the option to let only Opers register a channel, it would be nice to add a feature on ChanServ to let users request a channel registration which would them send like a memoserv to oper staff for them to review.

Could you say more about the use case for the first feature? Collapsing them to a single nickname is problematic because the command namespaces can overlap (e.g. NICKSERV REGISTER and CHANSERV REGISTER).

It's just a stylistic change, to be able to make it be more like Undernet style.
If collapsing is too complex, maybe just the ability to change the bot nicks would already be a nice touch (other services like anope allows that).
