allow dumping goroutine stacks even without the pprof listener

We want the default handler where it prints a full goroutine stack dump.

The default handler has the disadvantage of not closing buntdb (or running other shutdown tasks).

What if we printed a full stack dump on SIGUSR1 without quitting?
