Potential false positive test due to urllib3 downgrade during CI

Urllib3 is installed with version 2.3 in Komodo.

During ci-testing of webviz-ert, urllib3 is downgraded to 1.26.3 (due to selenium it seems).

Pinning urllib3 to > 2.2.2 (as a Snyk advisory recommends) makes the CI fail.

I.e. the CI test cannot reliably tell if webviz is actually working in an environment where urllib3 has version 2.

Side-note: webviz-ert will open fine and seemingly work fine in Komodo 2025.03 which has urllib3==2.3.0 .
