Update radix-api release with semantic versioning and change deployment strategy (helm chart) #717
Description
Update radix-api release to take into account changes in Radix CRDs
Waiting for radix-distro spike to be completed and considered first equinor/radix-operator#846
- Helmify the deployment
- Make sure all old ingresses that Radix Operator created still exists (server-radix-api-qa etc)
- Notify users that we will have downtime when we release radix-api (should take a few minutes where dpeloyment webhooks will be lost and web console will be broken)
- Move code into radix-operator?
