Empty .txt-files after runing "parser_raw_data.py"

Hi,

the json-files are generated from neuralpower_palio, I have done that and then I get the tmp.txt with all layers Infos that I need.
This file must be generated from "parser_raw_data.py" as far as I understood, but when I do that, I get always empty .txt-files. 
What could be the reason for that? Did I do something wrong?
