Create Chat Room/s, for Contributors & Users

Personally I'm not in a hurry, but several people have already asked, so we probably need to pick one, sooner or later. I personally do prefer 1:1 by DM, for now.

Personally I'd much prefer using an open source and privacy preserving fully encrypted platform (so e.g. NOT a Telegram Channel).

Personally I'd love to pick something which has an open API for "take out", because one day I'd very much like to have Enola Agentic AI itself to have a connector to whatever chat platform we choose, so that it can be part of the conversation! 😎 #notJoking

Re-use https://groups.google.com/g/enoladev-announcements, or (probably?) better use another one?
