VS Code support + fix iTerm2 IIP

• Added detection for the VS Code integrated terminal when checking for iTerm2 inline images protocol support
• Made the iTerm2 IIP more compliant with the official specs by adding size file parameter
  • Stopped relying on the ansi-escapes package as its generation of IIP sequence is not standard enough
  • Previously, most terminals except for VS Code (xterm.js) recognize the old (incomplete) escape sequences, this change is mainly made to avoid future technical debt
• Removed some unused dependencies that were probably accidentally installed early on
