I'm currently looking to upgrade ember-api-docs to embroider but it's having some issues with ember-styleguide. All of these issues are fixed on main but we need to be able to update a legacy version of styleguide to proceed.
This is "reviving" the v3 version of styleguide so that we can run it locally 👍
