Wrong OCF for LeSetPeriodicAdvParamsV2

LeSetAdvParams and LeSetAdvParamsV2 use the same opcode, so I need a way of knowing which was negotiated so I can choose which one to handle when I receive the command on the controller.

I'm not sure what you mean? There is no LeSetAdvParamsV2 and LeSetExtAdvParams has a different opcode from LeSetExtAdvParamsV2.

I decided to super limit-test my memory by walking away, playing videogames for a few hours, then creating this issue off memory.

It's LeSetPeriodicAdvParams and LeSetPeriodicAdvParamsV2:

Ok, that's an error. LeSetPeriodicAdvParamsV2 should have an OCF of 0x86.
