Ive mostly filled out the .h and .cpp files Still need to update some of the defines The .ld file is copied verbatim from the seed The .c file still needs to be modified

I've fixed the pin definitions after useless pins removal as several indexes were misaligned.
PYn value is the index in the digitalPin array.
I've also add a reference in the README.md without link as currently it does not exists.
As a final step, please, think to squash all commits in one.
