Overview

• Bumping the opentelemtry-lib version to include changes from: Update span enrichment to handle messaging span enrichment and semconv mapping and add enrichment for span.id opentelemetry-lib#251
• Update test input files to include a spanId and traceId

Note: The opentelemetry-lib requires a new version of otel libraries so not sure if I should wait for #941 to be merged first

#941 was auto-closed, I created #949 for the version bumps.
